PRESENSITIZED PLATE DOUBLE SIDE 100x160mm

Features Presensitized plates treated with positive photoresist, to obtain printed circuits with the method of photoengraving. The printing method is the superposition of the master circuit to the presensitized plate and then exposure to light of a halogen lamp, UV lamp or mercury lamp. The exposure times are measured to approximately 6 minutes with a halogen lamp of 500W, 2:30 minutes with a 1000W halogen lamp, 3:30 minutes with a UV lamp and about 5 minutes with a mercury lamp.  The plate will is then immersed for one or two minutes in the positive development and finally in a special acid for the engraving. Specifications  Nominal thickness 1.58 mm.   Thickness of copper coating 35 microns.
